Singapore || Visa Guidance

At Sanctum Global we have counsellors who are trained in Student Visa formalities and will help student on the same regards. 

• All the applicants must submit certified true copies of relevant document along with the application form.
• Original birth certificate.
• Once your application is successful, you will need to complete the Acceptance form, the student pass application form & return it to the University. The student pass application must be submitted at least 2 month and not more than 6 months from the course commencement date.
• The receipt of your Acceptance form and the student pass application form, the university will apply for student pass from the Singapore Immigration & check points Authority.
• The University / Institute will send you a letter from ICA regarding the approval of your student pass. Upon receipt of the letters you will need to arrange to make the payment for the tuition fee.
• The University / institutes will issue you a letters of acceptance of the single Journey Visa to you once payment is received upon arrival in Singapore. Student has to go through a medical check up & submit the report with all the original copies of documents that were previously submitted to ICA. After which within 10 days you will have to collect your student pass from ICA.

Eligibility
Any foreigner wishing to pursue full-time studies in Singapore in an institution that:

• is registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE); or
• is not required to register by MOE; and has obtained permission from the Commissioner Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to accept foreign students; or

A foreigner is exempted from applying for a Student's Pass if he/she is a:

• Dependant's Pass holder studying in Government/ Government-Aided/ Independent school, Foreign System School, Kindergarten registered with Ministry of Education or Childcare centre licensed by Ministry of Community and Sports to conduct Kindergarten courses;
• Must be a complete module and stand-alone module of its own. Courses with multiple programme modules are excluded from this Student's Pass exemption scheme; and
• Must not involve hands-on practical occupational training and/or industrial attachment which have interaction with walk-in customers or be conducted at premises that are also places of business, e.g. hair salons and beauty salons.

Security Deposit
S$1,500 in the form of a Banker's Guarantee from any established banks in Singapore or Cashier's Order or NETS is required.
